What’s your return policy?

Return any of our non-custom products within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.

Custom Orders

Custom bags cannot be returned; however, any issues arising regarding normal wear and tear will be repaired at no charge for 6 months. If an item cannot be repaired due to the unique nature of the materials, Subversive Textiles will work with you to resolve the issue.

How does shipping work?

Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders Outside the continental United States will be shipped via a method agreeable to the customer and Subversive Textiles. All packages will be insured for the full cost of items included.
